Registration

With my signature, I (write name below) acknowledge that my participation in the STOP GBV Marathon charity run involves a risk of injury, including bodily injury, and assume the risk for same. On behalf of the organizers and their heirs and legal representatives and to the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and discharge the MINISTRY OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, GENDER, ELDERLY AND CHILDREN, Zanzibar Amateur Athletics Association (ZAAA) and ASMA MWINYI FOUNDATION and their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, members, agents and representatives, of and from any and all liability for injury, death, or damages and/or any other claims, demands, losses or damages, incurred by me in connection with any aspect of STOP GBV Marathon. (If you are under 18 years, please have your guardian to register you.)

I confirm that I agree that any footage or photographs taken during their participation by the organizing team and present media outlets or any footage and photographs posted on social media under STOP GBV Marathon to be used by the organizers to publicise.

Participants further acknowledges and agree that the event may be cancelled or delayed due to forces beyond the event organiser’s control and that in such circumstances, the event organiser shall not be required to refund the event’s entry fee.
